ABOUT THE CONTENT MARKETER ROLE:
The performance marketing manager role is a great opportunity to get in early at a quickly growing startup. are you a go-getter? love to write? crazy organized? love finding new ways to tell engaging stories?

this role will have the opportunity to own the creation and direction of content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats with the ultimate goal of these efforts is to increase website traffic and drive engagement, qualified lead generation, customer retention, and other positive client-related outcomes.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studio stores give customers a playground for creating their content and our anytime platform makes it possible for any product company in the US to experience a remote shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN:
write and manage publication & production of multiple pieces of content each week (blogs articles, emails, vlogs, or premium content).

interview internal subject matter experts for content

manage company email marketing efforts, including newsletters, automated workflows, and so on

own analytics and reporting for content marketing efforts

social media for community engagement and long-term content promotion

create landing pages and conversion opportunities for lead generation search engine optimization (SEO) efforts for website and content

make general website updates and enhancements, e.g. new pages and calls-to-action placement

HAS EXPERIENCE IN:
B.A. in journalism, marketing, English or equivalent

marketing and or publishing

content scheduling tools

responding to unhappy customers on social

developing templates for fast content generation

leading with a customer first mentality

new technology tools and usage of those tools within blogs and social media outreach.

project management to manage editorial schedules

telling a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience
