Sashco | Marketing Programs Associate
Summary: The Marketing Programs Associate is responsible for developing, driving, and managing various end-user programs and supporting digital engagement, along with channel marketing initiatives. They will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, Media Manager, and other key members of the commercial team to execute and monitor end-user marketing campaigns and associated processes. They need to have an eye for detail, be a self-starter who requires minimal direction, and have a high standard for quality.

•Execute multi-channel, long-term end-user marketing campaigns and program with an eye towards improvement and growth of the same
•Develop, implement, and execute processes for improving effectiveness and efficiency of sales and end-user marketing programs, collaborating with systems experts to drive work forward
•Develop an understanding of brand technology, industry trends, competitive environment, and market segmentation to inform programs and messaging that delivers against Sashco’s premium positioning in the market.
•Collaborate on metrics that define health and success of end-user programs
•Track, measure and report data on marketing end-user programs
•Understand end-user perspective to ensure it is incorporated into marketing campaign and systems design, resulting in a positive user experience and always-improving conversion
•Manage projects from start to finish, mapping out steps with stakeholders from multiple teams, deliverables and deadlines and driving to a quality work product and on-time completion

•Input into consumer / end user insights work
•Proficient with Microsoft Suite
•Salesforce CRM experience a plus
•Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus
•Familiarity with social media management a plus
•Ability to strategically focus, prioritize, and spend time and resources on activities that have the greatest impact on desired metrics
•Has a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the segment with a hunger for learning
•Strong interpersonal relations skills

Required Education and/or Work Experience
•Associates Degree in marketing and a minimum 3-5 years’ experience building and executing marketing campaigns; or 6+ years relevant experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•Experience managing marketing programs and processes to improve operations.
