Don't Come to Work at Sashco! At Sashco, we won't hire you to come to work, you can do that anyplace. We will hire you to create excellence. If that doesn't ring your chimes, click out. If it does, read on. You just may be the Content Specialist we're looking for.
Sashco develops and manufactures innovative and high-performance sealants, caulks, and stains for the DIY, remodeling and custom home building markets. We are a family-owned and operated company in Brighton, CO (15 mi NE of Denver). We are dedicated to delivering products that work and, more importantly, to running the company in a way that honors people.
We have an immediate need for a Content Specialist with up-to-date knowledge of Social Media. You are a creative thinker whose marketing efforts complement our digital marketing efforts. You will create content, identify partnerships, build PR and move the Sashco brand(s) forward in a way that drives growth. You will work on a variety of things across digital and offline media including websites, blogs, email, digital ads, print ads, product packaging, merchandising, tradeshow booths, brochures, company identity etc. and you will cooperate with our designers, marketing and sales teams.
The goal is to get the Sashco high-performance positioning and messaging across.
You’re on top of consumer trends, you naturally think of yourself as a storyteller, and you know how to enrich the consumer experience and deliver results. To be successful in this position you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and communication strategy.
This is an exciting time to join a growing company where you’ll be a part of a small and nimble team, giving you the chance to make a big impact to the future of the business!

When does work feel like fun and it’s fun to go to work?
Keep reading to find out! We are Sashco Sealants. When you think Sashco, you can pretty much imagine the opposite of a traditional corporation. Instead, picture a “think tank.” We are more than just a business; we are a team. Sashco is a place where fun, creativity and innovation aren’t just encouraged, they’re at the heart and soul of all we do.
From the moment you pull into our parking lot, you’ll understand that Sashco team members are part of something “bigger” than just a job. We proudly (and creatively, of course) display our five core values on the outside of our building. Every day, when members of the Sashco team walk into the building they’re reminded that we operate out of a place of truth, trust, care, forgiveness, and respect. Our values are our “lighthouse” – they keep us focused and guide us as we work to elevate our industry.
Speaking of parking, how do you like the sound of driving a DeLorean (yes, a DeLorean) for a year? You could! Every year, one well-deserving team member is awarded the highly sought-after Prowler Award. The Prowler winner enjoys driving a sweet looking car for a whole year (and some spending cash to fuel it!). Don’t expect to find any run-of-the-mill achievement awards around Sashco. The Prowler is just one more example of what makes working with us so unique.
If you’re motivated to work hard, if you thrive on achieving audaciously big goals, if you desire to work in a place where you’ll hear laughter, observe people who take pride in their positions and enjoy the reward of being appreciated for the contributions they make, Sashco is the place for you!
About Sashco, Inc.:
Sashco is a family owned and operated company. Since 1936 when Don Burch founded the company, Sashco has been an innovative leader. Integrity was behind Don’s dedication to do his best in everything. Years later, the integrity that Don exemplified was spelled out. Sashco team members met over several months to identify exactly what it was that made (and still makes) Sashco special. They boiled it down to five specific values of truth, trust, care, forgiveness, and respect. These values started and grew a business able to withstand tragedy, and it’s these values that underscore every new product created, every hallway conversation, and every business decision.
