The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for all channel and key customer selling collateral, off shelf design and development, brand/channel growth strategy, and market analytics. The Channel Marketing Manager conducts extensive research and analytics to better understand the needs of each channel and key customers.
Core Competencies:
-Advocate for channel and key customer needs. Fully understand each channel’s key consumer profiles, merchandise and promotional strategies.
-Understand brand technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
-Create and justify new key customer channel promotion investments. Estimate ROI.
-Design develops and manages off shelf promotional programs. Reconcile expenses and GL accounts on a monthly basis.
-Provide input into brand pricing strategy by key customer/channel in accordance with brand positioning and gross profit goals.
-Create and maintain tool kit of approved selling assets for use by sales team.
Technical Competencies:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
-Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing programs.
-Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally in an organization and across functions.
