We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for social media content and promotions, digital marketing/advertising copywriting, campaign development, creativity, and craft beer, this position is for you! You will be working alongside our Marketing and Events team in efforts to utilize social media, web and digital tools to increase brand awareness, fan engagement, and help drive sales at the consumer level.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist it will be your job to encompass that voice and project that into a public facing space.
This is a full time, salaried position which requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position to which you will collaboratively work with members of each Ratio department (Marketing, Design, Wholesale, Taproom, Brewing and Distribution) to achieve goals. This position is managed, operated and driven by the Marketing Manager and ownership. This is a weekday position occasional evenings, weekends and holidays dependent may be needed based on company needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Effectively manages Ratio Beerworks social media channels including content creation, curation and calendar, brand voice and ROI.
-Works with the Marketing team and our full-time Graphic Designer to coordinate and help create engaging digital content across multiple mediums and to support yearly campaigns and business goals.
-Adheres to internally set goals for a required number of weekly posts and updates.
-Maintains a strong brand voice through social media and all digital communications.
-Acts as the point of contact for all social media correspondence including responding to consumer questions in a timely manner through our newsfeeds and/or various inboxes.
-Maintains and cultivates social media influencer relationships, including maintaining an active and relevant influencer contact list for sampling.
-Manages consumer and distributor newsletter communications including content curation and creation, distribution and performance.
-Acts as the main point of contact with website development agencies for regular website updates, new website pages, web-driven campaigns, new website features, and regular maintenance.
-Develops and reports regularly on social media and digital KPIs.
-Stays up-to-date with digital media trends and developments.
-Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in social media, digital marketing or relevant field.
-Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
-Expert level knowledge of all social media channels, advertising platforms and tools especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
-Strong writing skills with an ability to create content for various social, digital and print mediums.
-Strong working knowledge of iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audacity or other media editing software.
-Is familiar with and/or comfortable with basic digital photography.
-Owning a camera is a bonus!
-Understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to review and report on data.
-An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
-Passionate about music, art and the DYI community in Denver.
-Brewery experience a plus!
