The O Hello Media division provides global photography and videography services to brands and experiential marketers; and O Hello Ideas provides ideation services that generate AHA moments through a network of diverse creative thinkers who dream up innovative ideas. Both divisions work with the country’s leading event marketing agencies and brands to create lasting impressions that spark connections through creativity. 

O Hello Media is looking for a Production Coordinator with a background in video editing (photo editing is a plus) to join the team to ensure quality assurance and support the project management team in meeting scheduled goals; working efficiently to fulfill all tasks required to execute our services with the highest standards against project timelines.

As the Production Coordinator, you will support the project management team to ensure quality output from our photographers and videographers; communicating deliverables and efficiently reviewing and performing quality control on the content to meet client deadlines.You will:

- Develop and maintain production schedules against project deliverables and deadlines
according to O Hello Media processes with extreme attention to detail, organization and
effective time management
- Review and communicate change requests to video editors in alignment with project goals,
creative direction, client feedback and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Manager and coordinator to ensure contractors are uploading by
deadline and all content is received by color correction team
- Submit orders for post processing
- Work with photographers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of content based on
- Recruit new photographers and videographers to join the O Hello Media network
- Support the creative development of storyboards, shot lists and creative briefs based on key
objectives and priorities for photo and/or video shoot
- Quality control media following each shoot
- Review still imagery in Lightroom against O Hello Media and client quality standards,
performing additional edits as needed
- Cross-reference & organize content provided against shot list
- Internal media management and organization
- Willingly perform and effectively prioritize any additional tasks that are requested.
- Proactively identify ways to enhance the post production workflow process

Yes, you be you…but, you MUST also have the following:
- 2+ years experience in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
- 1+ years experience in media production
- Working knowledge of current photography equipment, techniques, tools, and software
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous sense of detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Proficiency in the following is a plus:
- 1+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- BA in Photography/Videography preferred
