RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpreting and applying brand guidelines across all mediums from in-store merchandising and packaging to advertising and content
• Contribute conceptually in campaign and content development
• Remain accountable during production and execution
• Developing concepts that are on-brand across all mediums with the intention of seeing them through production
• Confidently contribute new ideas and fresh solutions to ongoing efforts and strategies
• Collaborating with internal designers, field marketing and agency partners
• Fully monitors and follows-through on production of all assigned projects
• Respects and delivers on timelines in conjunction with production personnel
• Manage the day-to-day progress of a project
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers and production artists in project development
• Self-motivated to complete and present work on time
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
• Thorough knowledge of brand standards, positioning, market and competitors
• Solid understanding of evolving social platforms, and current design trends
• Remaining current on competitive brands including social, advertising and in-store creative
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Familiarity with After Effects
• Acute attention to detail
• Resourceful and innovative problem solver who is able to work collaboratively and independently
• Quick learner, able to manage many projects simultaneously
• Personable, friendly and respectful
EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience within an agency or brand environment
• Moderate experience with studio photoshoots, video and print production
