Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to assist in various branding projects at the portfolio and subsidiary level.

Responsibilities for this role include creating and overseeing the design of all marketing and advertising communications, that will be live across multiple platforms and channels. Position will report to leadership, and touch every communication channel including but not limited to print advertising, video, digital advertising and social media.

This will be an exciting role for someone who is ready for their next challenge, and wants to create big wins for our mission-critical brands. You will be responsible for owning a myriad of projects adhering to briefs, timelines and budgets.

The right candidate will

- Manage the creative process from concept to completion with style guide, packaging, creative and brand identity development efforts from trend to asset creation

- Drive efficiencies in production, communication and distribution of creative assets and campaigns.

- Own strategy to leverage creative agencies and freelancers vs. internal team members; build pipeline of freelancers to manage peaks of development.

- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring communication and brand standards are met

- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

- Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff

- Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers

- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Creative, or Marketing Director
- Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite and similar
- Creative and Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field
