Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a fun, inspired, and caring graphic designer to join the Mile High Spirits team! We want someone personable and driven to put out high-quality assets as we build a nationwide brand. Areas of work include label design, web design, copywriting (with a team), concert posters, photo editing, promotional assets, etc. We are looking to establish a strong identity within our brand culture and want our designer to work with our ownership and marketing personnel to be a part of the brand building process.
Brand Responsibilities:
-Build a brand manual with outlined standards for future design work
-Work with owners and marketing team to develop and execute ad campaigns
-Develop and maintain our website including imagery and copy
-Update and create brand labels including design, layout, and copy
-Create print-ready materials for brand accounts - Shelf talkers, posters, bar mats, etc
-Work with our social media department to help with art direction and weigh in on look/feel.
-Image edit/retouch/color correct photography for use in print and digital media
-Create digital ads - We are looking for stagnant, animation, and video work
-Create ads for print, billboard, and media placements
-Work with our sales team to develop brand presentation decks
-Thrive off of constructive feedback
- Turn around assets in a timely manner
Tasting Room Responsibilities:
-Concert posters
-Concert and event website content creation and population
-Work with summer interns to create assets to market within our tasting room
-Help produce recap videos/content
-Create brochures to promote weddings and events on site
What we are looking for in our designer:
-Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design or related field
-2-5 year’s work-related experience
-Liquor industry experience is preferred
-Knowledge of Adobe Suite
-Web design knowledge and experience
-Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, composition, typography, and color effectively
-Photography experience. beer/cocktail/product photography preferred but not required
-Familiarity with social media networks, such as Facebook and Instagram
-Go-getter attitude with the ability to get things done and identify areas that need improvement with minimal supervision
-Must work well in a fun and engage team environment
Bonus skills:
-Consumer packaged goods agency experience
-Liquor industry experience
-Video shooting and editing capabilities
-Packaging design experience

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
