Match MG is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Boulder, CO office to work on a large, nationally recognized account. This position provides production support to the production/account management team in program execution.

The role of the Production Coordinator is to assist the team in creating and executing the highest quality experiential marketing components incorporated within the overall event design. The role requires organization and scheduling, problem-solving and production expertise from development through complete execution as well as budget and timeline management. The Production Coordinator will manage strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.

The Production Coordinator is expected to have knowledge of experiential marketing concepts and experience with: project management, vendor relations, and primary responsibility is the organization, management and dissemination of project work on a daily basis.

Ability to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Works with all members of the department, building strong internal relationships within and across teams, across multiple Match offices
• Sources and directly manages external vendors on a variety of needs to support the project
• Assists Senior Producer and account team with administrative tasks, including internal trafficking of projects (or trafficking of projects through all stages)
• Lives and breathes the brand experience, and remains on the forefront of its continual evolution.
• Able to anticipate and deliver on client’s visual communication needs, and manage production to meet or exceeds brand creative standards.
• Foster strong relationships and communication built on trust with client, supervisor, internal teams and partners.
• Excels in a multi-disciplinary team setting but can break away and work autonomously on projects.
• Excited to work concurrently with a nationally recognized athletic brand and build, maintain and develop strong relationships with internal departments.
• Follows up on status of projects internally – production, budgets, schedules, and advises team of any delays or variances
• Participates in and produces weekly status reports, meeting follow up reports (contact reports)
• May proofread material at all stages of projects
• Remains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client’s business
• Responsible for ensuring project materials are received and to client signoff and standards
• May track receipt and quality of print and production samples
Professional Skills and Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of event marketing experience required, agency experience preferred
• Ability to effectively manage vendors and external partners to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget
• Bachelors degree, emphasis in marketing or business preferred
• A “can-do” attitude, ambitious, and competitive spirit
• Works well under pressure and deadlines
• Can articulate clearly with strong interpersonal skills
• Systematic and logical – develops and uses effective processes
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent MS Office skills
