Responsibilities:

As a Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the entire paid media process for our clients. You will be working in collaboration with the Media Director, Media Planners, Ad Ops, Creative Directors, and Strategists at the agency. You will help with research, creating media plans, trafficking creative to partners, and help execute paid media plans for LRXD clients. You will also help do research, campaign analysis, audience profiling, campaign management, tracking, measurement, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Advertising industry and solid referrals.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Knowledge of paid media channels
• Understanding of the basics of paid media and advertising tactics
• An eagerness to stay up to date in emerging advertising trends
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work in a deadline-focused environment
• Ability to multi-task comfortably across various projects and teams/departments
• Proven track record of taking ownership of a project and seeing it through to completion
• A solution-driven mentality
• Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and dive into some of the more general tasks on a day-to-day basis
• BA in Marketing, or similar relevant field
• Some Advertising Agency experience
• Experience in AdWords-based systems a plus
• Experience with placing social advertising a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

Day To Day
• Maintains and organizes media plans documents (RFP, Media Recommendations, Insertion Orders, Tags, Media Plans, and Flow Charts)
• Inputs campaigns into Media Tracker and related tracking systems
• Helps manage campaign activation process with Media and Analytics team
• Reconcile and manage any media billing, agreements, and communications
• Ensure that media plans are delivered in full and optimized as needed
• Prepare campaign recaps for clients
• Overall, you will play a role in helping the team complete the following
• Plan and buy advertising in areas like Digital, Social, TV, Print, OOH, Experiential, and Radio.
• Determine the best use of media mix across all media channels and content.
• Create strategic media plans, RFP and negotiate with vendors, manage campaign flow charts, and be proficient in trafficking assets across all tactics.
• Negotiate the best rates with advertising partners and create value-adds for clients when possible.
• Gather and organize market/competitive research and prepare an analysis to inform media-planning efforts.
• Evaluate and utilize audience targeting, scheduling, geography, and budget efficiently
• Develop reporting, traffic measurement, and ROI analysis alongside Analysts and other team members.

Requirements:

You have at least 1 year of experience in an agency setting and possess growing media planning/buying skills. You have experience and know the best practices in the media world, as well as keeping up with current trends. You want to learn more about media buying and how to best use data in the real world. You are tenacious, meticulous, detail-oriented, want to grow, and able to confidently present your ideas to both LRXD and clients

Reports to: Media Director - Kelsey Alexander

Compensation: $50k - $60k annual salary. Benefits include unlimited PTO, 401k match, Health & Happiness Stipend, profit sharing, and more.
