We’re looking for someone who can contribute cool and provocative ideas regularly, but who is also able to take direction and knock out production work quickly and efficiently if the situation requires. They must be a strong communicator — both visually and verbally — and can jump from one project to the next with ease. They are comfortable designing collateral for both traditional and emerging platforms and enjoy a fast-paced, always evolving workload. We’re looking for someone who has a have a strong desire to learn and grow a little bit every day. Negative, inside-the-box thinkers need not apply.

Requirements:

·Intimate familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite

·Knowledge of both UX/UI practices and Sketch

·Deep understanding of the interactive design process for both email and websites

·Illustration and/or motion design skills a plus

·Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and emerging digital trends

·Strong communication and presentation skills

· An idea machine. Likes to tinker, de-construct, brainstorm, and troubleshoot

·Loves projects that impact people and brands in positive ways

·Passionate and confident

·Positive outlook. Works well with others

·Interested in personal and professional growth
