Visual Designers at Look Listen are super talented individuals who are committed to making exquisite, boundary-pushing work. They are driven, hands-on design thinkers with the ability to conceptualize, ideate, and contribute at every stage of the production cycle. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative — not just with direct team members, but across all departments within the agency. We’re looking for someone who can contribute cool and provocative ideas regularly, but who is also able to take direction and knock out production work quickly and efficiently if the situation requires. They must be a strong communicator — both visually and verbally — and can jump from one project to the next with ease. They are comfortable designing collateral for both traditional and emerging platforms and enjoy a fast-paced, always evolving workload. Required Skills and Experience
3–5 years of digital visual design experience in a start-up or agency environment.
The ability to ideate at the concept level—not just the visual level.
An understanding of the interactive design process and the elements that drive outstanding user experiences.
Intimate familiarity with the Adobe Creative suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
An understanding of brand and it’s impact on the design process.
Confidence-in and passion-for the work.
Ability to support and enjoy the success of a team.
The ability to work well across disciplines (UX, Development, BD)
Desired Skills and Experience
Proficiency in Sketch and XD
Proficiency in creating prototypes
UX/UI knowledge and experience
Workshop/Ideation facilitation experience
