The Account Supervisor position requires the ability to manage and build client relationships, act as the strategic brand lead for the account, manage the integrated agency team and lead the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts and agency partners.
Earn and maintain client confidence and respect as a trusted advisor by bringing value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client’s business – their key issues, competitive situation, industry trends and opportunities.
Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
Effectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency.
Assist the Account Service Co-Directors with the development of an annual Client Development Plans, Scopes of Work and Annual Contracts, Forecasts.
Requirements:
Previous Account Coordinator or Account Manager experience
Bachelor’s in related field
6 + years of previous agency experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple people
Ability to manage up and keep senior management engaged as appropriate
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Keynote and other agency related software
