As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging digital and customer analytics and industry best practices to drive growth at Johns Manville. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will provide reporting, conduct analyses, gather detailed requirements, make recommendations, thoroughly test and implement best practices to optimize the customer's journey across throughout our integrated campaigns and all related technology channels that touch JM HVAC, Mechanical, and Industrial Customers.
Proactively explore and expand working knowledge of leading practices for effective digital marketing to drive digital engagement throughout the channel
Understand market drivers and business goals to implement and leverage digital technology functionality to provide improved experience to our channel
Gather and translate business requirements, utilize prototypes, test and deploy solutions across the digital platform
Additional responsibilities assigned based upon projects and priorities
Bachelor degree or 8 years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree plus the requirements below.
4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
Experience web analytics, marketing automation, CMS and CRMs
Quantitative analysis skills
Recommend SEO approaches and measure effectiveness.
Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously
Digital marketing agency experience a plus but not mandatory
Travel up to 20% of time
Formal training in marketing or digital platforms
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other 3rd party analytics solutions
Project Management Experience or demonstration of owning and driving a project from start to finish with positive results
Familiarity with industry best practices for B2B Digital Marketing
Experience content marketing strategies and understanding the value of creative storytelling
B2B or B2C Ecommerce Experience in any industry
Execution of multi-touch integrated marketing campaigns
Experience with content management systems (Adobe preferred)
Experience with marketing automation solutions (Pardot preferred)
Basic understanding of CRM solutions (Salesforce.com preferred)
Solid knowledge of applications that include Adobe CQ or equivalent, HTML5, CSS or other programming methods.
eCommerce Marketplace(s) experience a plus but not required
Led marketing sales support initiatives and programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with excellent relationship building skills
