What can you expect?
Working closely with senior business leaders, establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develops and executes marketing initiatives to achieve stated objectives.
Leads market research and competitive analysis efforts for new program and product launches in partnership with business leaders and teams within ICAT
Owns communications across a wide array of channels including email, social media, web, print and more.
Works closely with developers in the design and usability of the client facing website portal.
Plans and executes annual producer-facing events.
Proactively manages digital marketing platforms for ICAT marketing (including Salesforce CRM, Pardot email marketing automation platform, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite and paid social reporting tools), including:
Assessing current state of ICAT marketing technology stack and making recommendations to create efficiencies and fill gaps

We will count on you to :
Develop and coordinate online advertising and promotional activities linked to contests, webinars, educational opportunities, and other activities.
Coordinate the execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, convention, direct mail, promotional giveaways, and signage.
Help develop and distribute promotional and collateral materials to Sales teams across the nation.
Helps establish and maintain consistent brand throughout all content—both web and print.
Develops and coordinates the execution of surveys and analyzes data to recommend strategy adjustments.
Evaluates marketing and promotional activities in order to recommend strategy adjustments.
Presents new and innovative ideas to ensure the organization’s marketing strategies are fresh and exciting.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
Five or more years of related marketing experience. Mix of copy writing, editing and design experience required. Outstanding writing and editorial skills.
Experience with a Business-to-Business marketing strategy or strategic technology strongly preferred.
Experience with content management system preferred with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and information.
Ability to learn and understand underwriting and insurance concepts and information in order to create informative and transparent content
Ability to write articles and promotional materials that conform to prescribed style and format.
