About the Job:
Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Own, maintain, and report on project plans, status, and hot-lists for every project and/or account assigned
* Create, manage and drive cross-discipline project deliverables for multiple accounts
* Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure the client understands project requirements, flow and milestones needed in order to meet end goals in a timely manner
* Continuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget, scope and timelines
* Track key decisions and prioritization that impact project budget, cadence, scope and/or timelines
* Collaborate with each discipline in order to craft project timelines and accommodate shifting priorities as needed
* Work with Account Management to assess project scope of work and determine project timing
* Work with the Creative Services Director to determine project timing in regard to resourcing
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of related experience
* Strong knowledge of creative workflows, project management tools and processes
* Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously
* Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic
* Ability to establish and build productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities in order to meet adapting project demands
* Excellent (self)-organizational skills, intuition and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Apple Suite, Google Suite and Slack
* Experience with Asana project management software a plus
Location:
Boulder, Colorado (hybrid position - 3 days a week on-site, 2 days remote)
Benefits:
*Salary Range: $72K - $85K (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal equity.)
