Description

Grit Digital Health is looking for a visual designer to join our growing product team.

Come join a dynamic group of behavioral health, design and technology experts as we create the next wave of digital wellness tools. Our products are used by over a million people who are seeking mental health support. Whether tackling loneliness, personalizing well-being, or preventing suicide, your design talents will connect people with tools that save lives and help people thrive.

Grit Digital Health operates five core software products that are licensed across industry verticals, with a primary focus on well-being in higher education. Our team of 17 FTE’s is based in Denver, Colorado. Ideal candidates would live in or be willing to relocate to Denver.

What You’ll Do

As our visual designer, you’ll work across teams to create continuity in the end-to-end brand experience for Grit Digital Health and its suite of products. In order to do so, you’ll need to be passionate about brand identities and design systems in order to scale a visual language across platforms and touch points. You’ll also need to stay deeply curious about the motivations and experiences of the people your designs will reach in order to tell meaningful stories that inspire action.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll lead the concepting and execution of assets across the digital (social, email, web, mobile) and physical (print, outdoor, etc.) spectrum in support of three primary functions:

Marketing and Sales. Develop effective marketing and sales materials to support business development and increased licensing for our SaaS products. Example projects: infographic, trade show booth, print ad.
Promotion to End Users. Create promotional materials designed to activate, acquire, and engage the users for each of Grit’s wellbeing software products. Example projects: email template, social media posts, posters.
Product and Brand. Establish design systems that support a wide variety of product and brand implementations, including white-labeled products, UI component libraries, content design, and brand guidelines for Grit Digital Health and each of its sub-products and websites.
The visual designer will work closely with the content, sales, and account teams, but will be part of the product team and report directly to the Product Designer.
