Marketing Department seeks a Media Coordinator to help support our team. The Media Coordinator will assist with various administrative tasks that include but are not limited to: providing administrative support for media billing on a monthly basis, invoice reconciliation, invoice entry, executing adjustments to existing media buys as directed, running and updating reports, building files (including research and data), assisting with media traffic, attending training sessions, special projects and filing. This is a great opportunity to start on a path in Advertising.

Minimum Qualifications:
AA, BA or previous office experience preferred
MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Ten Key, Data Entry)
Detail oriented with excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
A good attitude and a willingness to learn
Highly organized
STRATA experience is a plus
