Conventional wisdom says a design company shouldn’t pigeon hole itself. That we should talk about everything we do. Branding. Packaging, Identities. Environmental. Websites.  We’ve done all of those things for some of the more iconic brands in Colorado. Hammond's Candies, Marczyk Fine Foods, Belmar and MCA Denver. But first and foremost, we believe in Strategic Design. It’s what we do best. And we’re looking for a great designer to help us keep doing it. Someone with 5 or more years experience, strong communication skills, mentorship or management of other designers, and a passion for making the team succeed.  Someone willing to collaborate, but someone who’s also a bit of a perfectionist.   

The person we're looking for will be responsible for concept and design of print, environmental, packaging and web projects. You'll need to be energetic, talented, and have the personality to work in a team environment and above all have the ability to think conceptually and manage a project from start to finish. We are a fast-paced marketing and design firm that is well suited for a self starter and independent problem solver.

Qualifications:
-5-7 years real world experience
-Packaging, environmental design and writing experience a plus

Skills needed to succeed:
-Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation
-High-level conceptual and strategic problem solving
-Time management in a fast-paced environment
-Exceptional Creative Suite abilities
-Perfectionist quality design
-Mentorship and management

Must be:
-Self motivated, detail oriented
-Willing to collaborate
