Summary/Objective:
Elevations Credit Union, a leading Colorado financial institution, is seeking a highly creative and motivated design professional to join their Boulder-based marketing team. This person will help develop video and digital assets for the Elevations website and social channels in order to drive new member acquisition, member retention, brand awareness and product demand. The successful candidate will not only join an organization voted “Best Bank” in the communities we serve, but will also be a key player on an award-winning marketing team, with tremendous opportunity for growth.
Essential Functions include:
Design, prepare, and create visual media, referring to the specific requirements and brand standards.
Produce video content and photography to be used for digital channels including social media, websites and design needs.
Motion graphic production including conceptualization, storyboarding, animating, and editing.
Responsible for content development, deployment and ongoing administration for Elevations’ website.
Develop and deploy digital and printed assets for online and in-branch channels, including Elevations website, social media, online media, online banking, branch TV’s, ATMs, etc.
Execute digital content projects from conception to completion, ensuring on time delivery and within budget.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, web development or video production.
2+ years’ experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premier.
Functional understanding of HTML and CSS preferred.
Experience developing video content for digital channels such as Facebook Live, Instagram, etc. preferred.
Photography experience a plus.
Previous experience using a Content Management System to administer a website preferred.
Solid understanding of UI and UX principles.
Able to work independently and accurately and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment
Physical Requirements:
Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and up to 25 lbs of force infrequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
