Job Description:
A financial company in DTC is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join their team on an onsite and full-time basis.

Day to day, the Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for managing all reporting on all marketing channels, including email marketing, campaign reporting, web, social, and more!

You will be working heavily in Pardot and will need to be extremely proficient in Excel.

Must haves: an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to problem solve with a get-it-done attitude.

Proficiencies:
- 2+ years of marketing operations experience
- Pardot and Excel, Salesforce is a plus
- A strong ability to organize and analyze data efficiently to impact/make business decisions
- Problem solver with a positive and motivated attitude
- Financial experience and/or a passion for the financial industry are plus', but not required

This is a full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week opportunity.
