Job Description:
A Louisville based CBD/Hemp company is looking for an Email Automation Specialist to join their team. This is an onsite, contract to permanent placement for the right fit.

The Email Automation Specialist will be responsible for both strategy and execution of both marketing and newsletter campaigns. They will be responsible for building new contact and target lists and segmentation. Performance of the campaign is important but this person should also be able to embody the brand and make sure the brand's values stay consistent.

The Email Automation Specialist should be excited about working in a collaborative and compassionate environment. Culture fit is very important as it is a tight-knit team that all have input on most projects. Strong communication skills and ability to receive feedback is necessary.

- Experience working in HubSpot
- Previous e-Commerce experience
- Ability to embrace a company's values and be an advocate for them
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience running International campaigns is a plus
- Passion for health and wellness is a plus

This is an onsite, freelance to full-time opportunity in Louisville.
