Position: CRM Marketing Manager
Location: East Denver Metro
Status: Freelance to Permanent
Estimated Duration: Ongoing
Starts: February
Rate: $35 - $45/hr Freelance
$70-$90K upon conversion to Fulltime
Job Description:
A company located in Aurora is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join their team on a freelance-to-permanent basis starting in February!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages CRM (email, direct mail, and text) campaigns (Eloqua)
- Develop and implement long-term nurture campaigns for potential and existing customers
- Create quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Manage test and learn environments for performance optimization
- Partner with sales and web teams to leverage insights to improve campaigns
- Build automated reporting within Eloqua and overall reporting / analytics processes
PROFICIENCIES:
- 3+ years' digital marketing experience with a focus in CRM and automation
- Salesforce, Eloqua
- Ability to work onsite in Aurora
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus
- Insurance or financial services experience a plus
