Roles and Responsibilities
Resources managers at CSG are proactive and resourceful project managers with top notch organization, communication and collaboration skills. They collaborate with our strategists and account team members and serve as an advocate for CSG’s content, creative, social media, paid advertising and web development teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for project management professionals who are looking to expand their operations expertise and grow within a rapidly expanding agency.

To be successful, you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and face each day with a willingness to jump feet first into whatever comes across your path. Whether you’re building budgets, solving a resourcing puzzle or striking a balance between timeline demands and project realities, you’ll be a critical part of our commitment to purposeful solutions that solve our clients’ business problems.

Resource Managers:
--Attend regular meetings with our content, creative, social media, paid advertising and web development teams to assist in assigning, scheduling and staffing changes as projects ebb and flow

--Traffic and assign all incoming work to content, creative, social media, paid advertising and web development teams from across the company, including to freelancers and vendors, when needed
--Understand and manage conflicting priorities for clients across the company
--Take the time familiarize oneself with the internal CSG teams and the work they do in order to be an effective representative and know what questions to ask when for a more streamlined workflow process
--Proactively review project templates and workflows, and suggest adjustments to these items, when needed, ultimately contributing to the success of projects, the individual teams, and the company

Qualifications:
--2+ years of project or traffic management experience within an agency facilitating the execution of creative deliverables
--Experience working with a project management system (Asana, WorkFront, Monday, etc.)
--Ability to work confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of when and how to delegate, including delegating up as needed
--Accountability and a calm, confident presence with keen problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
--A proven track record of success finding creative solutions for a wide variety of client requests and business problems
--Strong leadership, organizational and teambuilding skills
--Strong communication and client management skills

The resource manager will reside in our Operations & Talent department and report to the senior vice president, operations, with a close working relationship to our creative director and chief innovation officer to play an important role in virtually every client project the content, creative, social media, paid advertising and web development teams undertake.
