Essential Job Responsibilities
As part of the Client Service Team, the primary function of a Project Manager is to manage the Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly Sprints to the company’s velocity and capacity. The Project Manager works closely with Strategist and Delivery Teams to determine and outline project scope, details and assets to eliminate any blockers, while also managing client expectations and effectively communicating project status on a weekly basis.

A Typical Day
* Manage personal velocity and capacity, leveraging Lean/Agile methodologies and TargetProcess (project management tool)
* Coordinate Scope and Estimating Meetings with Delivery Team for ongoing releases and add-on projects
* Estimate Project Management tasks and stories as well as short-turnaround daily tasks
* QA all deliverables to ensure they are functioning appropriately and are within scope
* Identify and gather/request the necessary assets from clients and team to eliminate any blockers
* Protect teams flow time by minimizing interruptions
* Regularly update TargetProcess stories with clear direction and details
* Update Weekly Status Agendas to communicate status and present deliverables
* Measure burndown of projects

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all projects are moved into appropriate sprints and points are allocated appropriately per the signed client agreement
* Eliminate blockers for the Delivery Team by supplying clarification or requesting additional assets
* Ship approved deliverables to client vendors and/or Bokka partners, and confirm completion of work/deadlines
* Ensure all deliverables are sent to client and/or live with promised functionality in place
* Communicate with clients on project status both verbally in meetings and via email
* Schedule team kick-offs and Scope and Estimating Meetings to determine and document project necessities
* Review/QA all deliverables based on standard guidelines and checklists
* Manage deliverable schedules and update if/when dates change
* Manage large web projects separate from daily work
* Attend and document status from strategy meetings
* Outline writer direction for copywriting and optimize finalized product for best practices
* Measure monthly sprints and burndowns
* Review and confirm monthly client invoices are accurate and contain all necessary stories
* Coordinate and facilitate Client Retrospectives

Requirements
* 1-3 years of marketing experience, actively working within a CMS (WordPress preferred)
* 1-3 years of digital content management experience at a digital/integrated marketing agency or in a corporate/client setting
* Ability to manage time, set priorities, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and structure abstract information
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of digital channels including email, blog, social, digital display, PPC, etc…
* Can-do team attitude focused on client, team, and business success
* Experience working with project management software (TargetProcess preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient in Google Doc, Sheets and Drive
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Product Management or related field
* Balance of technical knowledge and general passion for wanting to make the home buying process better
* Working knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies preferred
