OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be a member of the Creative team within Global Marketing. You will lead design-based projects and inform multi-disciplinary creative work. You will work with the Creative, Brand, Digital and Regional/Trade Marketing teams on a full spectrum of projects that include brand design, visual design, digital/web design, conceptual design, design execution, print production as well as conceptual work in social, video/motion and photography.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Regularly role model the Core Operating Principles to your team and others
-Work with Creative and Global Marketing teams to generate new ideas that build, refine, and evolve the BOA brand in a strategic way
-Build on your current knowledge of trends in graphic and web design, practice and apply imaginative creativity based on trends, and provide reflection and education on these trends with the Creative and Brand teams
-Lead conceptual design work to build global campaigns and the BOA brand
-Lead visual and web design projects that connect the BOA brand across digital platforms
-Create and evolve our brand campaigns and design standards
-Lead design projects between Brand, Digital, and Creative teams
-Communicate and enforce proper brand standards internally and with BOA’s Brand Partners
-Lead graphic design efforts of both our internal Creative team and our agency partners
-Work with the Creative team on internal marketing efforts and Brand Partner needs across mediums including social media, digital, motion, events, promotions, and campaigns
-Use your eye for photography and design to integrate multiple creative touchpoints that build a global brand
-Mentor and support more junior designers on the Creative team
-Be a resource to other BOA departments for graphic design needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Design degree, either Bachelor’s or vocational
-5+ years of experience as a Graphic or Visual Designer, with a demonstrated commitment -to a marketing and design career path
-A portfolio of creative work demonstrating your competence in graphic design and typography
-Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
-Experience in developing and creating integrated marketing campaigns and web experiences
-Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
-Desire to use your organized project management approach to maintain our fast pace and manage multiple deadlines

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience with HTML
-UX/UI certificate or advanced degree related to Design, Creativity or Marketing
-Expertise in visual design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
-Studio and on location photography experience
-Video editing experience
-Creative agency experience

OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
-Budgeted salary range: $70,000-$75,00 (we will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role)
-This role is also eligible for an 8% annual bonus
