Our Marketing team aims to inspire consumers to perform at their peak, establishing Boa as the high-performance fit leader, and igniting sales through digital leadership, influencers and key market initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Marketing, and working closely with regional teams, you will be responsible for leading and executing a clearly-defined Digital strategy with an approach that supports consistent business growth and enhances brand equity.
Lead all digital channels to drive traffic to Boafit.com, create deep engagement with end consumers, and drive traffic to our Brand Partner e-commerce sites.
Lead, motivate and develop the Digital Marketing team, and provide education and support to other functions in the areas of digital consumer commerce/engagement, reporting, and planning.
Work with regionally-based teams to execute, analyze and refine Digital Marketing efforts
Manage channel spend and budget process to meet growth and ROI targets, including monthly forecasts and reporting
Manage and evolve our reporting and analysis of full-funnel metrics on website performance, digital marketing campaigns, and site engagement
Collaborate closely with digital and PR agencies, creative, sales, and marketing teams to ensure comprehensive program development. Manage relationships with partners / vendors and hold them accountable to delivery against KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field
5+ years’ experience in B to C and B to B global digital engagement/management (web/social/CRM)
Previous experience in a programming/web design or a digital creative role
Strong CMS building and management experience
Experience leading and developing a team
Proven knowledge of expertise in integrating platforms and tools to enhance tracking, reporting, and attribution
Demonstrated experience in effectively working with digital and PR agencies
Strong commercial understanding, with the demonstrated ability to make decisions based on current and future business needs
Strong Excel competency, comfortable working with complex data
