Job Description:

The Project Manager is the point-person in charge of assigned projects within the agency and is the bridge between account management and creative teams tasked with the execution of the project. They ensure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule and within budget. Project managers strive to deliver every project on time and within scope. Project managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. This position would report to a Senior PM.

Overall Role:

-Confidence in project management skills
-Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
-Experience with task scheduling, resource assignment, and resource management
-Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, and scope
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Specific Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

-Task assignment and management- get assignments in, answer any questions related to assignment, etc.
-Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
-Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
-Ensures resource availability and proper allocation
-Develops a detailed project plan to track progress and completion
-Schedules project kickoff meeting and project status meetings with key stakeholders
-Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
-Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques and report to stakeholders
-Manages the relationship with all stakeholders
-Performs risk management to minimize project risks
-Maintains comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements:

-At least 3 years project management experience
-Familiar with PM software system(s)
-Workamajig experience preferred
-Digital experience preferred
-Agency experience, preferably medium-size agency experience
-Experience on a small PM team
