Digital Producer/Strategist

AOR’s Digital Producer/Strategist is an experienced member of the digital team and an integral part of strategy for our digital clients. They serve as a key point person to ensure strategy is carried throughout the life of a digital project. This role interfaces with clients and internal teams. The Digital Producer/Strategist must be knowledgeable in all aspects of digital -- email marketing, website UX, paid and organic social, display advertising, etc. and must be able to communicate to different levels of client and internal sophistication on each type of service. This position is integral to the digital team and will support producer roles such as content population. They will work closely with strategy teams to understand business challenges and develop detailed recommendations for a clearer path forward.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for strategic oversight on a digital project from sign off to completion
-Exude strong planning, budgeting, and implementation skills
-Stay current on industry trends and best practices and ensure AOR stays ahead of the curve
-Attends digital kickoffs and status meetings
-Conducts UX audits for new business pitches and current clients, including but not limited to: -User testing, heat map analysis, and on page usability updates
-Responsible for assisting strategy team to develop sitemaps and wireframes
-Participate in strategy planning for clients
-Work with strategy teams to to manage and execute integrated campaigns
-Assists developers with WordPress content implementation when needed
-Assists with quality assurance on websites
-Assists in the preparation and facilitation of client discovery sessions to help define and align on the client’s vision against tangible outcomes
*Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned as needed

Position Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in UX strategy, or digital strategy
-Experience leading strategy on multiple projects
-Ability to analyze and synthesize findings from multiple inputs and produce actionable insights
-Strong understanding of all things digital including but not limited to user experience, digital marketing, information architecture, site/content maps., metrics and analytics, & social
-Demonstrate knowledge of current ADA, GDPR, SEO, and UX standards
-Be a problem solver and team player; able to ideate multiple scenarios to solve client problems
-Solid presentation skills

What Does Success Look Like in this Position?
With Team/Dept:
-Collaborate in all team meetings to inspire cutting edge work on the digital team
-Contribute ideas to problem solve
-Ability to assist in numerous areas across our digital capabilities and lead strategy on digital projects to ensure all information and intention is carried throughout the project.
With Agency:
-Oversees digital projects to ensure they are set up with strategic vision
-Pitch new work to current clients to assist account in CCG
With Client/Work:
-Ensure all work we put out is high quality and hits the mark on client wants and audience needs to push conversions.
-Responsible for answering all client questions most specifically on digital projects and being the point person in educating both internal team and client on strategy.
-Responsible for leading digital presentations

Reports to:
Digital Director

Salary Range:
$65,000 - 75,000 annual starting salary
*Salary will be based on previous experience.
