POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Product Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, implementing and completing time-sensitive website updates using multiple content management and project tracking systems. The Specialist will support the maintenance and management of all Alterra Mountain Company’s digital properties and experiences with a focus on customer experience, business need assessment, site, user and marketplace strategy, and analysis during the customer's consideration and purchase phases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

-Project management of multiple work streams and prioritization across multiple destination websites
-Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-Assist with prioritization and organization of mass-update projects for Alterra destinations, including SEO, ADA, and playbook-compliance tasks
-Ensure adherence to brand standards for all digital content and assets
-Assist with updating website content as needed and as prioritized by the digital marketing team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

-College degree in computer science, marketing, communication or analytics preferred

EXPERIENCE

-2-5 years’ experience using a CMS to create/update website content; Sitecore and WordPress experience preferred
-2-5 years’ experience with project management in marketing or eCommerce
-2-5 years’ experience viewing and analyzing web analytics and performance
-Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical internal stakeholders
-Familiarity with A/B testing
-Highly organized, analytical, detail and action oriented
-Acute listening skills
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Honors commitments through the delivery of timely and high-quality results
-Excellent presentation skills
-Excellent understanding of consumer digital behavior and consumer research
