We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and talented Senior Graphic Designer with strong branding and web design skills to join our team of talented creatives and story tellers.

This job isn’t just about being assigned a task and pushing some pixels. You’ll be our resident storyteller, helping to bring our client’s visions and goals to life. You’ll create digital and print marketing campaigns, brand assets, marketing & communications pieces, pitch documents, visuals for all social channels, brand style guides, and more. We want you being involved, vocal, and innovative from the start of the project through its fruition.

You’ll be using your artwork to tell stories, change perceptions, execute strategies, and induce change.

What you can expect from your day to day:

Create brands, design print & digital collateral, collaborate with our team to bring new and existing brands to life.
Design campaigns and assets utilizing a variety of media including: print ads, digital ads, web/landing pages, email, social media, etc.
Design custom websites from scratch by organizing the information, creating mockups/final designs based on UX/UI best practices, and handing them off to our development team.

What we expect from you:
Impressive Graphic Design Skills
Strong Website Design skills and understanding
Experience creating friendly responsive website UI and UX
Proficient in color theory, composition, design principles and typography
Branding and logo design
Digital advertising design
Print Design
Sourcing vendors for collateral production
Fluency and efficiency with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Illustrator)
Website population (WordPress)
3+ year’s agency experience
Bonus skills/tools not needed but preferred:

Canva
Asana
Slack
Google Suite
ADA Design Experience
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is:

Able to demonstrate knowledge of how responsive websites fit together, creating intelligible flows for users across varying devices.
Able to work collaboratively with Creative Directors, Account and Project Managers and Developers to define, create and execute deliverables on time
Hands-on from design through execution of materials
Understands industry-standard best practices
Resourceful and able to understand/navigate around design challenges of individual projects and provide creative solutions to problems
A fresh thinker and problem solver
Able to clearly present their work to a client and make an impression
Not afraid to contribute new ideas, suggestions, processes
Able to work in a fast-paced manner, from inception to creation
Able to create content for multiple formats ranging from animated gifs to vinyl car wraps and everything in between.
Knowledgeable in various industries including but not limited to: Hospitality, Travel/Tourism, Non-Profit, Social and Environmental Activism, and Outdoor industry.
Deadline driven and able to pivot projects on a moment’s notice
Team Oriented and able to work towards the common goals of the agency providing support where needed
