Quickly outgrowing our small biz britches, 970 Design is looking for a dynamic, Digital Producer to join our boutique marketing agency team. The Digital Producer will work collaboratively with our team to create incredible online experiences and manage complex digital marketing campaigns. As a Digital Producer, you will serve as the primary executor, coordinator, and communicator for a broad scope of digital projects. A successful Digital Producer is an effective communicator and organizer who can address obstacles, maintain a realistic view of complex digital initiatives, and manage the entire digital production process.
***Must have digital marketing experience. This is not an entry-level position***

Your responsibilities will include:
Owning some of 970's favorite projects with some of our most beloved clients
Managing multiple medium and large-scale projects, including coordinating timelines, priorities, tasking assignments and ensuring the success of the project
Work closely with 970's designers, developers, and creative directors while challenging and inspiring them
Working closely with clients and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into project plans
Working with account managers and other producers to ensure projects are properly staffed, budgeted and workloads are balanced
Communicating project progress, priorities, timelines, and budgets to clients and project teams
Developing strong working relationships with client contacts, built on trust and follow-through
Managing scope extensions
Managing design and build of digital campaigns

What we're looking for:
A proven ability to coordinate and execute responsibilities with minimal direction.
Ability to read and analyze Google analytics, and other digital campaign reports
Ability to provide insights and understanding of reports to client
Producing and publishing website updates in Wordpress
Strategic insight on small and large digital campaigns
An understanding of event tracking and goal tracking, working with developers, website backends and contractors to have appropriate tracking put in place
Experience working with large digital buys
Communication of digital project status and timelines.
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and able to collaborate with a professional maturity to seek and find optimal solutions.
Has a proven record of excellence in overseeing multiple projects and the ability to multi-task in an unstructured work environment.
A strong leader and teammate. Punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects and takes initiative, and helps to find the best solutions for problems.
Possesses excellent communication skills (written, oral, and internal stakeholder facing).
At least three years of successful hands-on experience managing web development projects
You know all these fun acronyms "HTML, CSS, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, CPC, CTR" and other internet languages and technologies using best practices.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Results orientated with a premium on accurate, timely execution.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to partake and lead in internal and client discussions
You love organization, and keep a calendar up to date and know what is on it
Comfortable or ready to learn Asana, Google Suite of tools, Harvest, and Slack.
