Position: Front End Developer - Full Time (Mid - Senior)
Location: Boulder / Longmont
Status: Freelance to Full Time or Full Time

Rate: $120k - $150k
Job Description:
A Boulder-based technology company is seeking a front end developer to join their team starting in December!
This is a full time or freelance-to-full time opportunity with a quickly growing and innovative company that has great perks! Full benefits, stock options, bonus plans, 401k match and FREE SNACKS.
Responsibilities:
- Work with team to design, develop and enhance web properties and infrastructure
- Lead research, evaluation, implementation and support of current and future web technologies
- Implement and maintain tools that drive workflow efficiencies and analytic capabilities
- Optimize infrastructure hosting
Must-haves:
- 3+ years' enterprise CMS experience (including WordPress)
- 5+ years front end, web application dev experience
- Visual portfolio that demonstrates strong JS, HTML, and CSS skills
- Expertise implementing usability and accessibility best practices with responsive design (ARIA a must)
- Experience using Agile practices
- Comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical teammates
Nice-to-haves:
- Working with AWS services and other hosting tech
- Working with Git and other SCM tools
- Salesforce lightning UI development
- Working in a mobile-first environment
