Hello!
We are currently looking for talented freelance video editors to edit residential property listing video content.
Video editors must be able to work remotely on their editing system (Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro).
Most of the homes we are shooting are in the 2,000-8000 square foot range and are typically taking a fast and proficient editor 3-5 hours to complete.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate at $40.00 an hour.
We will provide a handful of lower third graphic titles you will be given to use. A licensed music track will be provided and will need to be incorporated into the edit with a basic sound pass. A simple graphic slide will need to be created for each video that will include a brokerage logo and basic agent contact info. Typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If there is a rush order 24-48 from receiving all raw media assets, a rush fee ($80.00) will be added to your total payout.
