Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for a Contract Graphic Designer in our Louisville, CO location.

The Contract Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the QS Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and design print and digital marketing materials on a project by project basis. They will be responsible for managing their project time lines to ensure that all design, layout and production deadlines are met.

Core Responsibilities include:

At the direction of the QS Senior Graphic Designer, conceptualize and produce creative high quality, print and digital marketing assets. Types of assets assigned may include, but are not limited to digital ads, website banners, video and video editing, sell sheets, catalogs, brochures, point of purchase materials, print advertisements, box stuffers, tradeshow materials. product labels, packaging, business cards.
At the completion of each project or throughout the project as needed, create and hand off files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing.
Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field. Must have 3-5 years' experience in related function in an agency or internal marketing communications department. Person must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) KeyNote, PowerPoint, and other design programs. Must be able to demonstrate success creating B2C creative for use on Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms. Lastly, must be able to demonstrate success at creating B2B creative for use in print ads, emails and other communications.

Work Requirements:

Must be able to work 10-20 hours per week.
This is a remote position that requires travel to the QS Louisville, CO office 1-2 days each week.
Must be available for meetings via conference call or in-person.
Must provide own work tools (i.e., laptop, specialized software, cell phone).

Ideal Candidates have the following traits:

Experience with web-based design programs or languages (HTML, CSS, HTML5, Word Press, Woo, HubSpot)
Experience with AfterEffects, Adobe Premiere and/or video editing experience
Excellent knowledge of print collateral file set-up
Excellent knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and design principles
Strong re-touching and color correcting skills
Free hand drawing skills a plus
Excellent working knowledge of HubSpot, specifically email and landing page design
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Comfortable presenting creative concepts in group settings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
When needed, ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies
Able to work autonomously with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
Digital portfolio with clean samples
Supplement Industry experience
