About the Job:
We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to freelance with us in the immediate future. Ideally, this person would be encouraged to work on-site in our Boulder, Colorado office.
Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
*Own, maintain, and report on project plans, status, and hot-lists for every project and/or account assigned
*Create, manage and drive cross-discipline project deliverables for multiple accounts
*Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure the client understands project requirements, flow, and milestones needed in order to meet end goals in a timely manner
*Continuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget, scope, and timelines
*Track key decisions and prioritization that impact project budget, cadence, scope, and/or timelines
*Collaborate with each discipline in order to craft project timelines and accommodate shifting priorities as needed
*Work with Account Management to assess project scope of work and determine project timing
*Work with the Creative Services Director to determine project timing in regard to resourcing
Qualifications:
*3+ years of related experience
*Strong knowledge of creative workflows, project management tools, and processes
*Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously
*Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, along with a strong work ethic
*Ability to establish and build productive relationships quickly with diverse personalities in order to meet adapting project demands
*Excellent (self)-organizational skills, intuition, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Apple Suite, Google Suite, and Slack
*Experience with Asana project management software a plus
Location:
Boulder, Colorado
Compensation:
Weekly rate range $1250-$1900 (based on full-time hours)
(range to reflect the variance in the applicant’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
