Our offerings break down into what we refer to as ‘physical’ and ‘digital’ branding. Our physical team creates physical branded goods for other businesses like apparel and promotional merchandise. Our digital team develops brand strategies and identities, and designs and develops websites, packaging, custom media and other assets for businesses and organizations.

Job Summary
FlowState Marketing is seeking an account and project manager who is passionate about creating exceptional brand experiences to join our digital team. Working directly with clients and across multiple teams, they will be responsible for managing communication, schedules, team execution, deliverables, and more for a variety of brand projects (brand, web, print, content, and creative). We are looking for someone who is very self-motivated, has agency experience, and enjoys helping teams put forward their best work. Additionally, the right individual will posess excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal co-workers and clients. They are a well-spoken, adaptable and driven problem solver with strong time management capabilities and a positive attitude.

Though a part-time role, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join and grow with our team as a long-standing member.

Responsibilities

Serve as the account manager, responsible for communication on client projects
Implement and control the project schedule along with client communication; manage long and short term roadmaps
Run regular internal project status meetings
Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including the design team and external contractors.
Manage ongoing projects; maintain project status, task assignment, and execution within our project management system
Help compile reports when requested, on project performance and effectiveness using appropriate tools
Determine resources needed for each project with direction from the various team leads
Assist with administrative tasks associated with digital team operations

Required Skills:

2+ years experience with branding and/or web design/development projects in an agency environment
Strong understanding of the design and creative industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to execute multiple, dynamic projects simultaneously
Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environments
Highly experienced in project management platforms - direct experience with Wrike is highly beneficial
Highly proficient in GSuite (Gmail, Gdocs, Gcal, Google Drive, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with email automation and CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
Familiarity with website development (CMS, Domains/Hosting, eCommerce, etc.)

Structure
Commitment: 15-25 hrs per week
Compensation: DOE
Schedule: Custom - we will coordinate a schedule that works best for both you and the team.
