Job Description:
A Global healthcare products client is looking for a Medical Writer and Instructional Designer to join their team on an offsite, ongoing and freelance basis.
This role will be 75% medical writing and 25% instructional design.
Reporting to the Training Design Manager, you will be designing a variety of sales training deliverables for sales teams and sales leadership on medical topics. You will be responsible for identifying target audience needs, determining learning goals, developing learning objectives and designing engaging, impactful learning content.
The deliverables will be digital training manuals, job aids, infographics, classroom activities, assessments, and workbooks.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, have the ability to work on shifting priorities, and have experience with storyboarding techniques!
Proficiencies:
- 3+ years of Medical Writing and Instructional Design experience within Articulate Storyline
- 1+ years of instructional design in a business environment, medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Instructional Design/Curriculum Development
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Online collaborative task management tools such as Workfront
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
This is an offsite, 40 hours per week, 6+ months, ongoing freelance opportunity.
