Ad traffic coordinator
ALCC, the trade association for the Colorado landscape industry, is looking for an ad traffic coordinator for Colorado Green, our bi-monthly, B2B trade association magazine.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ad traffic management and print publications. Must be able to work independently, offer advertisers excellent customer service, and manage deadlines.
This is a remote, independent contractor position (for now). ALCC is based in Denver, and should this position be expanded, the ideal candidate would be able to work out of our Denver office.
*Responsibilities*
• Work with sales team and association to craft collateral and sale communications to potential advertisers
• Create production schedule for bi-monthly publication
• Manage ad trafficking process; communicate with advertisers; collect creative; review
• Assist designer with pagination and review ad fulfillment
• Communicate with printer/mail house to confirm production schedule and specs
• Other customer service responsibilities to support advertisers
Additional responsibilities for the ideal candidate with applicable experience:
• Work with and support sales team on sales and promotional strategy for Colorado Green Magazine
• Maintain sales prospect database
*Qualifications*
- Knowledge of print advertising sales and print production processes
- Experience in ad traffic coordination, project management or similar role
- Experience with Magazine Manager software

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and keep project on schedule
Salary range:
$1500-3000 per issue (issues are produced bi-monthly), to be invoiced to ALCC when issue is approved by printer.
This is an independent contractor position.
