Our Denver based advertising agency is seeking an exceptional part time administrative assistant for our chief executives. Success in this role will involve effortlessly organizing and scheduling day-to-day priorities, and intuitively understanding communication need. Establishing a trustworthy relationship and navigating complex and confidential situations with ease will be essential in meeting expectations. A nurturing and empowering personality type will be a natural fit for this role. Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Mac operating system is a must
• Available when needed, possibly outside of standard business hours
• Close attention to detail
• Meticulous self-starter, who is enthusiastic about helping keep an energized company and their CEO on schedule.
• Excel at managing process and organization
• Highly intuitive and self-guided problem solver

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the executive assistant to the chief executive
• Manage front desk operations
• Develop and maintain organized filing system
• Assist with various accounting/bookkeeping activities, as needed

Requirements
• Minimum qualifications: High School/GED Completion
• Preferred qualifications: B.S./B.A. degree
