Currently, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you
- Will lead efforts to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and effectiveness for existing programs.
- Work closely with the account management team to deliver results for clients.
- Serve as the primary client contact for SEO and PPC, provide strategic and creative solutions to answer business needs and leverage the power for the digital space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring all work is executed, and communication goals are set, monitored, measured and evaluated.
- Are responsible for delivering, and executing the digital marketing strategy.
- Understand which digital communication channels best convey the customer’s message or reach the targeted audience and will work closely with internal clients to create digital communication solutions to accompany the overall marketing strategy.

The Digital Marketing Specialist has:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience with Google tools (Ads, Ads Editor, Analytics, Search Console, My Business), and Bing tools (Ads + Editor)
- Highly creative and strategic expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMRush, SpyFu)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Highly creative and strategic expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC and SEO campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Sizmek, The Trade Desk or similar programmatic trading system, Google Ads certification, ComScore)
- Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Unbounce, or similar marketing automation tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
