Who We’re Looking For:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategic development, execution, and ongoing measurement and optimization of all digital channels and associated marketing campaigns, with a heavy focus on B2B acquisition, lead nurture, and conversion efforts targeted toward all of our partner prospects. You will be the owner and champion of our email marketing and automation platform, marketing website, and our holistic paid and inbound B2B marketing efforts. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be the epitome of a team player and self-starter who demonstrates extraordinary initiative and drive. We are looking for a creative, data-driven innovator who can demonstrate quantifiable past digital, automation and email marketing success. This role will work closely with cross-functional marketing team members and will be required to directly manage relationships with digital agencies, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels throughout the company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Achieving:
Own, grow, and continually optimize all of CirrusMD’s email marketing and automation efforts, including lead nurture and lead acquisition campaigns

Work closely with Inside Sales manager to maintain seamless coordination of Salesforce CRM and Pardot Engagement Marketing databases and all associated lead engagement activities

Create email marketing strategies that align to company and marketing goals focused on brand building, lead generation, thought leadership

Maintain a data-driven approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and testing to improve conversion and lead generation and meet or exceed marketing acquisition goals

Steward analytics, optimization, and ongoing content updates for the CirrusMD marketing website, working closely with Design team to maintain a clear brand identity

Manage relationship with digital acquisition marketing agency and oversee all outsourced Search, paid social, programmatic, retargeting and other display efforts

Assist Director of Marketing in building and optimizing the marketing tech stack and manage all necessary tooling, integrations, and workflows to maximize effectiveness

Collaborate with Partnership Marketing and Product/Design teams to build and update white-labeled partner landing pages, content marketing landing pages, and other collateral

Develop and drive all digital test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, copy testing, and landing page optimization to ensure maximum response rates

Work closely with design and content teams (internal and external) to ensure best-in-class, highly effective content marketing efforts that result in generation and conversion of targeted, well-qualified leads

Keep CirrusMD marketing at the forefront of digital innovation by staying up to date with and regularly recommending, testing and applying new digital strategies and tactics

The Digital Marketing Manager position is a full-time onstaff position. If you have 5-7 years experience in digital marketing, have a specialized email marketing and automation skill set, love the worlds of B2B and digital healthcare innovation, are a born leader and team player, then we want to hear from you!!

What Will Make You Successful:
5-7 years’ experience in a digital marketing role

Must have strong, demonstrable experience with an enterprise marketing automation tool such as Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo; Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to be able to hit the ground running within an existing Salesforce-Integrated Pardot engagement platform

Must have at least 3 years’ experience leading robust email marketing efforts

Basic HTML and web design experience is preferred; SquareSpace experience a big plus

Strong Google Analytics skill set - building reports, goals, reporting on conversion metrics, testing, and conversion hand-off to sales across paid campaigns

Understanding and comfort leading strategic direction of search, programmatic, paid social and other display marketing strategies and tactics

Advanced experience overseeing Google Search/Bing, GDN, and LinkedIn Ads

Deep understanding of B2B marketing/sales funnel and how demand generation, lead generation, content production deliver revenue

Initiative, accountability, and ability to thrive in a highly self-motivated role are non-negotiable
