ROLE SUMMARY
CorePower Yoga is seeking a dynamic Digital Designer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and love of designing for social platforms, campaigns and digital media. As part of the Creative Team, the Digital Designer will create engaging, effective, brand right content to feed and elevate our digital brand presence. This role should exude a clear passion for new technology, the latest digital trends and social media culture.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Collaborate with Creative Team to create engaging, effective, brand right content for social platforms, campaigns and digital media
- Responsible for developing digital content starting with the creative brief to concept through design and then final production
- Deliver creative for social platforms including static graphics, animations and video that are original, innovative and on trend
- Deliver creative for media campaigns including Display, Facebook and Instagram ad units, testing performance and leaning into the latest industry trends
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Contribute forward thinking design solutions to drive brand and business results
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years professional design experience in a digital focused design role
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or related field
- Experience working as part of a Creative or Marketing Team, in house or agency
- Strong portfolio of digital design work showcasing stellar creative instincts, technical aptitude and innovative design solutions
- Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, HTML5, CSS
- Video editing skills and UI/UX experience preferred
- Excellence in typography, layout, color theory, photo editing
- Adaptable design skills with the ability to seamlessly translate and work within brand guidelines and standards
- Strategic thinker, problem solver and tactical executor
- Proactive self starter with ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Highly adaptable, works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be able to remain in stationary position for 50% to 75% of the workday
