DUTIES
-Work collaboratively with team members to manage ideas and ensure quality implementation including creative briefs, internal reviews, proofing, editing, versioning and file releases.
-Serve as primary contact for client
-Ensure agency/client meetings are productive and seamless, including logistics, agenda and any presentation materials
-Lead communication and set expectations through client communication
-Set priorities and expectations through status reports and calls
-Work with project manager to activate priority projects by building hot lists for integrated teams and client
-Own asset library and assist in product photoshoots
-Inspire creative and integrated teams through leading kick-offs
-Passionately support and protect ideas. Guide brands and clients to provide clear, actionable feedback.

REQUIREMENTS
-Two or more years of experience within advertising agency setting
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Proactive in owning challenges and resourceful with solutions
-Organization and ability to stay one step ahead of internal teams, supervisors and clients
-Team player and positive can-do attitude
-Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment while having fun along the way
