Job Description:
Denver agency seeks a full-time account director to join its fun, quickly growing team!
This mid-sized agency has a great space, energetic team and some big-name clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day efforts with key client relationships and accounts
- Strategically advise clients and develop ideas and solutions that achieve objectives
- Write and present creative briefs
- Work with art directors, copywriters, developers and studio
teams to ideate and develop concepts for multiple projects and deliverables
- Create and manage timelines, estimates and budgets
- Assign, delegate and monitor the work of team members
- Participate in and lead big idea thinking sessions for the agency
Must-haves (plus some!):
- 10+ years of agency experience managing integrated, 360 campaigns (traditional, digital, social, retail, content, experiential and promotional)
- Experience working on CPG accounts (beverage, spirits or luxury spirits a HUGE plus)
- Managerial and team-building experience - a passion for mentorship a MUST
- Ability and willingness to work hours as required by workload (occasional weekend work as needed)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Positive, energetic, proactive, articulate
+ Workamajig project management software proficiency is a plus
