Geared towards participants who are interested in adopting a more empathetic mind-set, this class will introduce a simple tool — the journey map — which can be applied to better understanding user or customer experiences of all kinds. This class will be a “learning by doing” experience as participants will gain a clear understanding of common applications for user journeys and experience creating one themselves. This workshop will provide a hands-on opportunity for participants to learn how to utilize user journeys as a visual, collaborative, and key discovery tool to better design experiences in their everyday work and life.
