For 20 years I've been working in the world of graphic communications. Nothing gives me more pleasure than turning an ordinary image into a phenomenal one, or turning seemingly disparate pieces into a beautiful, synergistic whole.

I began doing color correction and retouching at Quebecor Printing more than 20 years ago... long before most people had a personal computer. High pressure deadline experience getting images prepped for high end publication. Work included pubs such as Ocean Drive, Travel & Leisure Golf and Windsor Vineyards catalog. I also have years of experience color matching merchandise images for catalog use including Snoopy and Linda Anderson. Since my experience goes back to the dawn of Photoshop I can correct under the worst of circumstances... usually by sheer instinct and photographic number memory. I also have years of experience preflight and preparation of a wide variety of customer supplied files for traditional prepress and print, variable data digital printing and signage. I am a Creative Retoucher who recently relocated from New York City to Boulder, CO. As a Creative Retoucher in NYC, I worked on successful advertising campaigns for brands such as Absolut, Sprint, Nivea, Disney, Reebok, Verizon, Skittles, Snickers, Verizon, Chase, Crayola and I have a few awards sitting in a box somewhere in my house. I have created animations and illustrations that have been featured on album covers and in music videos. I like celery and peanut butter. Some time ago, I made some animations to help with the release of John Hunt's book about art and ideas called ‘The Art of the Idea: And How It Can Change Your Life’. It's a great book. And John is a badass. He's TBWA Worldwide's Creative Director. Another time, I made some illustrations and one of them was included in Anneloes van Gaalen’s book “The Medium is the Message: And 50 Other Ridiculous Advertising Rules”. That was fun. I have no idea how to pronouce Anneloes's name. I'm usually making art at home when I'm not making ads. Or snowboarding. Or hanging out with my dog 'Kenny Rogers'. He sucks at guitar.
