Keep Doing it Until You Die, Or it Dies Inside of You

The voice-over is from the poem "So You Want to Be a Writer" by Charles Bukowski. Chills-on-the-back-of-the-neck good.

Anyone think it's a bit of a paradox given that bukowski was famously a raging alcoholic?

Hemingway said "The first draft of anything is shit." I guess Bukowski just happened to be one of the rare few who could shit gold. But, to continue the gross metaphor, I refuse to stay constipated my whole life until I'm confident that diamonds will shoot out like a rocket.
