Disney has added a spectacular new element to its World of Color light show at the Disney California Adventure Park, equipping audience members with LED Mickey Mouse ears controlled remotely via infrared (IR). Along with syncing up to music and effects in the show, the ears also interact with various attractions around the park. You listening, DJs?

Yeah I would love to see this with some crunchy live music. Tack on a few extra bucks on the ticket, and offer free water or something if they return them at the end of the show.

i saw this on vacation with my daughter
and it is quite impressive
though it kind of felt like it had potential to be like the tv thing in Halloween 3
